Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind Somny Solutions and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy - you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned clean, as it was received.
  • In its original packaging, undamaged. 
  • Complete with all included components (sleep mask, Bluetooth headphones, cooling gel pack, aromatherapy dots, travel case, and charging cable)
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned incomplete, damaged, or without original packaging may not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@somnysolutions.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return - unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to appear in your account.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn't right - whether it's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered - get in touch with us straight away at support@somnysolutions.com and we'll make it right. You shouldn't have to settle for anything less than perfect sleep, and that starts the moment your Somny arrives at your door.

3. exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted. We know that might feel like extra steps - but it means you get your replacement sooner, without the wait.

4. refunds

Once your return lands with us, we'll inspect it and keep you in the loop every step of the way. If your refund is approved, it'll be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a little extra time on their end - so just factor that in before hitting refresh on your account.

 

If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, reach out to us at support@somnysolutions.com and we'll get it sorted.
